Recently Tria has designed self-cleaning granulators thanks to compressed air jets placed into the grinding chamber and an anti-static bar which removes electrostatic charges from regrind material and dust. Self cleaning granulators allow to save 20 mins times (very useful with frequent colour change) and to reduce the amount of dust around the granulator.
