B&W was a German manufacturer of EBM machines, with main headquarter based near Berlin and assembling hall in Czech Republic. In 90’s Johnson Controls purchased the company and renamed into Uniloy B&W. In 1998 Milacron bought Uniloy companies from Johnson Controls, becoming Uniloy Milacron. In 2015 Milacron decided to build a new production hall in Czech Republic, where all the European blowmoulding machines were assembled.
Second hand B&W machines still have a high reputation on the market thanks to a robust design and “German made” technology.
